half birthdays

On September 13, I learned that we now celebrate half birthdays. Ashley announced to Eden a few days prior that her 3.5 year old birthday was coming up. Eden wanted cupcakes to celebrate.

 

We also sent watermelon to PDO for Eden to share with her class for snack, and I took her to the dollar store to get her choice of a mylar helium balloon. She thought it was a great day.

Of course, this also means Ashley has to admit that she is 33.5 ...
