We ventured out to Whole Foods to pick up supplies, and I talked to no less than 10 people about how cute the girls were and what good little helpers I had with me. I'll admit, they were both in great moods and very happy while we were in the store ... definitely adds to the appeal of two little girls in a stroller.
Lydia had fun feeding herself a snack while E and I started dinner. Yes, I did dinner tonight. For real. E's Highlights mag had a recipe for pizza fold-overs {calzones}, and she requested that we make them by following the instructions. Here we are yelling "Pizza!!" once Graham got home. They turned out alright, but E was impressed and that's all that matters.
We also ventured out to the dance store this afternoon to get E's new leotard and pink tights for her very first ballet class next week {thank you, Aunt Beverly}! They all wear the same thing for class, and it is the exact outfit that one of the little girls in her Lili at Ballet book wears. Don't worry - I'll have full ballet post coming soon. Here are some of her moves -- inspired by her books and the Nutcracker ...
Fun times.
