I finally got the girls in for their yearly check-ups {yes, EB's should have happened in March and Lydia's a month ago}. Oh well, here are the stats and highlights ...
Eden Brooks ... 42" tall (10th%), 41 lbs weight (25th%) ... perfect vision for her age, Dr. Drum said she's very proportional, growing well on her arc on the growth chart, and that it basically means that she's "pretty perfect"
Lydia ... 33 1/4" tall (well below the growth chart), 25 lbs weight (just barely on the growth chart) {her sister weighed 3 lbs more and was 3/4" taller at age 3}... 20/40 vision and she even used the letters side of the eye chart instead of the symbols! ... Dr. Drum asked how tall I am and Graham, and said we'll watch Lydia's growth to make sure her arc is consistent but that he's not worried at this point since so many people in my family are 5' tall.
Today was the first time that I walked into the clinic with one girl on each side of me holding hands. Seems like it always been a stroller, or holding someone all the times before. Just felt different today.
