When EB went to the dentist last fall, we were told she had a loose tooth. We couldn't tell it was loose, but we were told it was coming. Fast forward a few months to the start of February, and we could tell she was just days away from losing her first tooth. Of course, I had to try to get a picture of her beautiful smile with all her baby teeth before it was gone.
Just a few days later, she really lost her first tooth ... she was wiggling it round a ton and then pulled it out herself!
After the excitement of losing her tooth sunk in, she got really sad at the thought of not having it anymore once the Tooth Fairy came. So, I improvised, and we came up with a plan for her to keep her tooth ...
Thankfully, the letter did the trick, and we still have her tooth. When she woke up the next morning, she had four quarters and her fairy necklace in a box with the tooth. She has already lost her second tooth and now has her two, front bottom teeth growing in.
Our baby girl is so growing up.
