Day 1 at Disney involved going to Magic Kingdom and seeing lots of characters, some of whom got drawn later that day...
...continuing the theme started on the plane of writing out words like they sound. Pretty impressive if you ask me!
After the day at the park, we had a reservation for dinner with Pluto "and friends." EB dressed in her best mouse attire courtesy of CC and posed for pictures as if she was Minnie Mouse. Apparently, Minnie is much happier to pose for pictures than EB ...
... At dinner, she saw her favorite character for the second time (and got his autograph again, too). We were quite luck with this since we booked the character dinner well before she declared Pluto to be her favorite.
The most fun part was that we got to meet up with Winters, Bebop and FeFe! Can you tell that Lydia is just so excited to be so close to Pluto? His hand was just way too close to her at that moment.
Yeah, so Lydia was not as excited about Pluto but was quite excited about pulling the wipes out of the container. The wait staff as well as the people sitting behind us asked if we knew she was doing this. Yep. It kept her busy and not realizing she was exhausted. Go for it!
Having dinner with all the family on the trip assembled together for a meal was a great way to end our magical first day at Disney.
Love these recaps from Disney! Such fun... I'm still laughing about the special occasion cokes. We can also totally relate to emptying the travel wipes. Sometimes it really is the best $2.78 ever spent!
