Yes, she figured out how to take her diaper off, and this is how she came into the bathroom one morning. Now she actually tries to help wipe when we change her diaper. No more running around without pants on in the house for LL.
... my new Friday office, a local coffee shop ... we also have a new Friday-afternoon sitter whom E really likes. This was the new art gallery in the dining room after the first Friday with Ms. Shelby ...
On the first share day, EB decided she really wanted to take her stuffed unicorn. Suddenly, Uni had a new name that miraculously started with the appropriate letter "A"
We've confirmed that Miss L is currently a leftie. Everything she does is done with her left hand.
Oh, this cutie! I was taking E's picture and turned around to the face above. Apparently, she wanted her photo taken, too.
She also loves to talk on the phone!
We were amazed when E sounded out this word on her own a few weeks ago!! Yes, there was a clue since she knew it was an animal that left a footprint, but we were still astounded.
Goodies from our Brooks family Auburn fans
We looked down one night, and EB had created her own name template by drawing her letters as dots first and then tracing over them. Crazy.
... E's favorite picture from our date-night to Chick-fil-A after gymnastics
... relaxing during snack-time after school and telling me about her day
... scary how compliant L is for her sister. Yes, EB has actually changed Lydia's diaper -- they both wanted her to do it!
... saving the huge old oaks on LSU's campus by installing metal lightening wires
... the assistant helping measure the deck
We were also excited to have a visit from great family friends during September. The Green family stayed with us for a few nights, and the kiddos had a great time together! While we didn't get a full photo of both our families, we did get this cute one of the kids ...
There are more September photos to come ...
