In early December, EB's school held their Christmas program. The kindergarten students dressed up like characters from Dr. Suess's Whoville; they were incredibly cute. My camera zoomed in on EB's "fake brother" Jackson Keller who is in 3rd grade at WHAM and goes to our church.
And somehow, it kept focusing on a cute little girl on the front row ...
On the way to school that day, she asked me, "Momma, do you ever lie?"
To say I didn't know how to answer was an understatement. I told her I tried to always tell the truth. Thankfully, her next question was, "Did my teacher really say I could wear pajamas to school today?" Regardless, I always have to be on my toes with this little one.
