lately

Lately, Lydia has been sitting up more regularly and steadily, catching herself often from falling down.

Lately, Lydia has been wanting to stand more and more, geting those legs ready to walk perhaps.

Lately, Eden has proven to be THE BEST big sister we could ask for - helping in so many ways.

Lately, Lydia has continued to grow into a really special little sister herself.

 

(and she is pretty cute when she smiles, so there's that)

Lately, Eden has been really loving playing with water by herself (we'll catch her sometimes in the bathroom during quiet time, pouring water from container to container). She likes to pretend to paint faces (I got a tiger this evening) and cook good meals (her spaghetti is spectacular).

Lately, Lydia has been sitting up to play - we got the caterpillar out tonight, and she had a ball.

Lately, Lydia has wanted to stand and not sit down (she will whine if you try to make her sit); Eden thinks it is fun to have someone a little more her size to hug.

And Lydia likely thinks it is fun to not stretch her neck to look in her sister's eyes.
