earlier ... saved by CC and Granddaddy

Since we all had sniffly noses that week, CC came into town a day early to rescue us. It was amazing to have all her help, and to say that E was excited as she could be to have her CC here is truly an understatement.

There was a lot to do, including showing off her new bike ....

feeding the dog ...

 

providing entertainment ...

 

... and "doing" CC's hair. By Saturday, Granddaddy came to town for more fun. Miss Eden Brooks was truly in heaven having a crew of followers behind her ...

For dinner, we were treated to Granddaddy's favorite fish house down the street, and L entertained herself with lemons. Why do toddlers like these so much?!

 

 

A sunset swinging session, rounded out a great day. On Sunday, we all went to church, and E was given some of Grace's favorite old toys. She was in love ...

 

... and Lydia continued in her desire to do everything her sister does. She now whines all the time to have on underwear just like her sister, at least she's content to wear them over her diaper for now.

 

I am so thankful to have my momma and daddy so close and so willing to come when I need them!
