That week Ashley discovered a new park in the neighborhood across the street. It's a great park, though the ground is sand which means Lydia sometimes complains about walking on it without shoes (and with when sand gets in there).
They play really well together!
Ashley was able to get her new name necklace with both of EB's names and Lydia's name. Yay! Here's the sample necklace she got for EB ...
They are planning to get a new necklace with all of our initials on it, per her request.

It was an exciting day! Lydia crashed in her normal plenty-of-pacis position.
It's hard to believe that our little girl is already 6. She's reading, doing math, and continues to challenge our ability to parent (in good ways, of course; one of these days she is going to be smarter than us, who knows, maybe that day is here already).
