Before Isaac wreaked havoc on our lives, Nona and Big Daddy came for a visit. I got a call from Nona asking if we would be in town since she and Big Daddy were taking Ashley and Jeremy to the airport for their cruise. We were, indeed!
They got here in the morning, around 9, and Eden was all about showing them how she can ride her new bike.
All was well, we had a great time, and there was plenty of doctor, veterinarian, artist, dog, and so forth played. Perhaps the most fun part of the day was Eden Brooks's first bowling adventure (post to come). Of course, decorating paper dolls later in the day with her Momma was fun, too.
She was fine ... until Sunday morning when her "stomach hurt." A throw up attack later, and we were home from church. And tired.
And then, around 5:00, she was a puppy again. Good stuff.
