two things

I've noticed two changes in the past few days ...

1. Grace just isn't coming around any more. As happens with most things, you don't notice when something happens for the last time because you keep expecting it to happen again. Eden announcing "I'm Grace" was one of those things. She just isn't doing it any more. I know we have a video of it, so I'll try to post it soon.
2. Lydia has "gone to bed" awake the past two nights. All of a sudden, she isn't falling asleep while nursing. Instead, she just rolls onto her back and watches me leave. I'm waiting for her to wave bye-bye like Eden did at some point. All those nights thinking, "Should I let her fall asleep while nursing? They all say you shouldn't do this ... ... Oh, but she's just so peaceful and content" And then, she just stopped.

Things are changing. And to think that this time next week, we'll have a four-year-old in the house ... ...
