Hard to believe our baby girl is 10 months old!
She has added many new skills in just the past few weeks -- waving hi and bye, clapping for patty-cake, signing "more," standing while only touching her fingertips on something for balance, walking from one end of the couch to the other, and becoming infatuated with her sister's babydolls {she has loud, long conversations with them all the time}.
Her sleep training from last month went well with Graham sleeping in her room for over a week. We're now on a solid routine of L going to bed around 6:30 at night, getting a dream feed around 10 {which I am currently working on doing away with}, and sleeping until 6:00.
Over the next month, our goal is to get this little one to taking 2 bottles during the day and nursing morning and night. She's already put herself on about 4 sessions with her meals in between. She will take a bottle at PDO most days but it can be hit or miss about how much she'll drink. Thankfully, we just tried a new bottle a few days ago and she seems to like it.
Here are some practice photos {I'm taking an online photo class to learn more about taking photos in manual mode} I took of little Lydia ...
While she's still a little thing {she's in size 3-6 month and 6month clothes and size 2 shoes}, her little fat rolls show that she's growing just fine.
Not sure what this look is ... maybe, "Oh, wait, are you going to take your babydoll?"
Most people who know her comment on what a "good" baby she is -- content to play on her own, smiles a lot, pretty good at sleeping, easily pacified when she's upset ... She'll definitely let you know if you do something she doesn't like, even putting her face on the floor while crying ... wow.
I didn't think it was possible to end up with two perfect little girls but somehow it happened ;) ... Ok, maybe I'm just a little bit biased, but they are perfect to me.
