It's a boy

On Christmas Day, we were all really excited to learn whether Boston and Whitney would be having a baby boy or a baby girl. Earlier in the morning, they had their first reveal party with Boston's family in Hattiesburg, and by mid afternoon it was time for our turn. Whitney got someone to make custom cupcakes that would either be blue or pink inside to tell us whether they are having a boy or a girl. We all gave predictions; honestly, it's just exciting to learn anything you can about this little person that we have yet to really meet. As you can see, we were all excited ...

Blue icing ... it's a boy! There's a myth in the Air Force that the longer you're a pilot, the less likely it is that you'll have a son. Guess Boston hasn't been in long enough to have that one come true.

We are all thrilled to know that John Winters Little will be joining our family in a few months. Winters is named after his daddy (John Boston Little) and our Granddaddy (Joseph Winters "JW" Jones). Can't wait to meet you little man!
