Eden Brooks Bodie

At 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, we took a picture to commemorate Ashley's 36th week of pregnancy...just to have one before a regular checkup.





Then it all changed!


There are few things more wonderful and exciting than the birth of a child. Well, that's what they tell you...but you don't really know how true that is until you have one of your own. So, we did.

At 2:55 a.m. Thursday, March 13, 2008 Eden Brooks Bodie was born. She weighed an impressive 4 lbs., 15 oz. and was 18 inches in length. Not bad for someone who decided to come 4 weeks early.

Although 10 out of 10 parents would agree that their baby is "the cutest," we have proof of our assertion. Please enjoy these pictures for now...surely there are more to come of our beautiful baby girl!

    Awesome and amazing! I didn't want to tell Ashley that when I lunched with her about 10 days ago that I sensed she'd be early. Congratulations! My second was 4-14 too.

    Congratulations Ashley and Graham! Eden looks beautiful!! I am thankful for her safe arrival!! Make sure you put a baby doll next to her and take a picture when she is this tiny!! I wish someone would have told me to do that with Spence and Clara, they start out at 4 lbs and you blink and they are 17 lbs!! So definitely capture those extra "tiny" days in a fun picture!!
